1. Individuals and organizations decide that their city needs a program which encourages citizens to bike more regularly to more places. They reach out to the businesses community and explain the Bike Benefits program and the benefits of encouraging and rewarding biking to their businesses through an incentive/reward which is awarded to patrons who show up on bike and show their Bike Benefits helmet sticker.
2. Businesses, restaurants, cafes, grocery stores and establishments of all sizes that support the intent of the program, join as program participants (Become a member (for Business)), sell the $5 program helmet stickers and actively promote Bike Benefits
3. A critical mass of the business community joins and a city-wide program develops which concurrently supports more biking and local business.
4. Individuals bike to more places more often. Businesses see more bike traffic, increased customer loyalty amongst bike riding customers and instantly become a bike-friendly establishment through participation.
